The initial assessment is about 60 to 120 minutes in length and involves a thorough review of your current and past conditions, laboratory test results, family history, lifestyle, and health goals. We will do a complete analysis of the above information, and provide a detailed strategy for your success. This service is offered for both in person visits or virtual consultations via Zoom video conference call.
The frequency of follow-ups is dependent upon your personal situation. I find the greatest success with more frequent visits in the beginning stages of change (about every 3 to 4 weeks). This allows me to offer regular advice and guidance as well as tackle challenges head on. Appointments are then spaced out to maintain behaviors and provide feedback on strategies for continued success.

The Right Weigh!.. For You (TRW) is a comprehensive approach to weight loss, optimum health and overall wellness. TRW is a 90-day program designed by medical practitioners that consists of a combination of weekly online self-guided classes and six one-on-one individual visits.
Once you purchase your program, you will have access to 12 weeks of pre-recorded nutrition information and receive supporting resources to guide you through the program. The program includes a 6-phase meal plan designed to help you feel more energetic, decrease your risk of heart disease and diabetes, and improve memory, circulation, and digestive health.
During this time, you will also learn about and identify the physical, psychological and environmental reasons why we eat and overeat. You will have complete flexibility to watch the program content at your own pace and follow our easy-to-understand guidelines to implement and adapt your meal plan to your own lifestyle.
In addition to the weekly online classes, you will get six one-on-one meetings with your registered dietitian, offered biweekly via Zoom or in-person (Initial nutrition session = 90 minutes; Follow-up sessions = 30 minutes).Your registered dietitian will create a plan that works specifically for you. In
most cases your classes and visits can be billed through insurance.
